My favorite spring nail polishes!

Spring....I don't even have to write a word about it! Just the word itself is so beautiful, full of colors and perfumes! I love spring...but who doesn't! The whole nature seems to celebrate this time of the year! The sky is blue again, the sun is bright and strong and the air is fresh and warm! I hate living in a big city like Athens during Spring. You just miss all the magic. You can't see the trees turning green again or the flowers blooming or the water turning blue.

So in order to comfort ourselves from missing this miracle we invented an artificial spring.....in fashion! And of course nails are a part of our everyday fashion! So we have spring on our fingertips now!

Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer & Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss

Hey everyone!
A few weeks ago I entered a giveaway on Glam Club, a beauty related Greek blog hosted by 5 friends! I had the chance to meet 3 of them a few months ago on a bloggers event and I must admit they were really kind and friendly!
Anyway, I've never won in any kind of contest or giveaway in my life so imagine my surprise when a few days ago I received an email from Glam Club that was informing me that I was the winner of their giveaway! I was so happy! I've entered quite a few giveaways lately but I was really hoping for this one...because the price was...2 lipsticks! And I love love love lipsticks. Plus I had the chance to pick my own shades!
So yesterday as I got back from work I saw the precious package on my mail!
And.....taraaaaaa! Here's my price!

Which one do you like better?

So once again thank you girls soooooo much!

Black Swan

Hello everyone!
This is a quick post to share with you a look that I created a few days ago. I tried to recreate the black swan make up. I used a poster from the film as a reference and this is the result. I must admit I was pretty satisfied for my first attempt at artistic make up. I just used what I had on hand (black eye-pencil, silver cream eyeshadow, white eye-pencil, black gel eyeliner and a pair of false lashes with rhinestones....those where my highlight!)

So what do you think? Do you like it?

Card making!

Hello everyone! How are you all doing?
The weather here is a little cold and cloudy today and since a have a bit of a flu  I thought I would stay in and do some card-making! And of course I wanted to share it with you guys! I've done another card-making post a few months ago. Today I'm going to show you my latest creations. I don't necessarily make cards only when I have someone to give them to, I just make them because I enjoy the process...and if there is someone to receive it then that's even better!
So I hope you like them!

Here are two different options using the same paper and stamps. You've seen the first one on my diaper-cake.

This one is a wedding card.

Please comment down below and let me know what you think!
Have a nice and creative Sunday evening!
Thank you all for stopping by!

E.l.f. haul

Hey everyone!
A few weeks ago I placed my very first order from elf.co.uk . I've never tried any elf products before. As the most of you may already know elf it's a cheap make-up brand that is extremely famous among beauty bloggers and you-tubers because of the high quality products and the low prices. So when I found a 50% off discount code I thought it was about time for me to try a few products out!

Even though the products aren't that expensive  the huge variety that you find online can easily lead to you to checkout with a shopping bag that costs more 200£!! But I thought I would only get things that I will actually use because I already have loads of makeup that I hardly reach for. So here's what I've got!

Nail Polish - Mint Cream

Nail Polish - Champagne

 Complexion Brush
Blending Eye Brush
Smudge Brush

32 Eyeshadow Palette - Natural

Have you ever tried any elf products. What do you think about them?
So far I am very satisfied. My only complain is that the colors are not really similar to what you see online so there is a big chance that you get disappointed from some of the products that you receive. The champagne lipstick for example is completely different to the picture on the website. I didn't like the  color that it actually is so I gave it to my mom.
Anyway! That was my elf haul!
That's all from me!
Thank you all from stopping by!

The Repeat Button

Hey everyone!
I hope you all doing well!
Today it's super a cloudy and rainy day here. It's one of those days that you just want to put your pajamas on, make yourself a warm herbal tea, read a good book and listen to some relaxing music. So I thought a would make another "repeat button" post and share with you a song that I just can't stop listening lately : Jessie Ware - Wildest Moments. I really don't know why but I just love this song!

This is my favorite part of the lyrics :
Baby in our wildest moments.
We could be the greatest, we could be the greatest.
Baby in our wildest moments.
We could be the worst of all.
I find those words so true. It's in our wildest and hardest moments that we really understand who we are and it's in our hand to see what we don't like and make an effort to change it.

So I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!
Thank you all for stopping by!

Apple Pie!

Hello everyone!
So this happens to me a lot. I walk to the fridge, I open it and I stand there for a few seconds without knowing what exactly I'm looking for. Please tell me I'm not the only one doing this!
Anyway, as I was staring at the fridge the other day with no profound reason, I noticed that I had a lot of apples hidden at the back of my fruit drawer. So I thought I would make and apple pie! The perfect combination for my afternoon mint tea!
Of course I photographed the whole process and here's the photo diary of the recipe.

The recipe is simple and easy and I found it on YouTube. Please let me know if you give it a try!
Have a great Tuesday evening everyone!
Thank you all for stopping by!

January Favorites!

Hey everyone!
Today I'm going to show you my January favorites! So let's get started!
The first one is an old eyeshadow palette from H&M that I rediscovered recently somewhere in my make-up storage! I own two H&M eyeshadow palettes and this one is very very good pigmented! On the other hand my second one is not that good. So I was very happy to find this and star using it again. It has 8 colors and I use most of them (especially the greys, the beige and the burgundy one) for my everyday makeup. It is from a Minnie Mouse collection and I got it 2 years ago from an H&M in Bern so I'm pretty sure that it's no longer available.

This is the concealer that I've been using for the last few weeks. My best friend kept raving about it so I thought I'd give it a try...and I'm happy I did since it's the best concealer I've used so far. (Radiant Illuminator - 02 neutral). Thanks for recommending it Phoebs!

Now this one is not exactly a January favorite since I've been using it for the last one and a half year. It's just a simple everyday make-up with medium coverage and a natural finish. It works great for me and it is quite cheap so this is my second tube already and I will keep using it as long as I stay satisfied. (Essence Soft & Natural Make-up - 02 sand beige).

This is the mascara I've been using every day for the last month(s). It's the Avon Super Shock Max Mascara and it really gives a lot of volume to my lashes with only one coat. It has a serious withdraw though...it dries out very fast so I don't think I will repurchase it.

This Essence Stay All Day Long lasting Eyeshadow in Coppy Right I use it almost everyday as an eyeshadow base. It helps my brown and neutral eyeshadows look more intense and last longer. I like it but it tends to dry out on me which really gets on my nerves because I only have it for 5-6 months. I would repurchase it anyway!

This is another item that I recently rediscovered in my make-up collection. It's a lip and cheek balm from ColorTrend  in Icy petal. I wanted to finish it up before it goes bad so I used it almost every day this month and I enjoyed it very much because it has a nice delicate shimmery finish. It's almost like a 2 in 1 blush and highlighter. Unfortunately it's discontinued.

This is a lip pencil that has the exact shade of my lips so I like to use it in order to cheat a little bit and make my lips look bigger without anyone noticing that I'm even wearing a lip liner. So I used it a lot for my everyday make-up at work...when I had that time for such a thing in the morning of course! (Seventeen Long Lasting Lip Shaper - 21)

Last but not least is this leave-in hair oil. I use it after washing my hair and it helps keeping them well conditioned. I have to use the tiniest amount though otherwise it makes my hair heavy. (Avon Advance Techniques Moroccan Argan Oil)

So that was is it! These were the products that I mostly used in January! How about you? What were your favorites for these month? Please comment bellow!
